Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion: Review

Bath & Body Works was one brand I always wanted to try but never got around to buying them as they were not available in India and international shipping on website that had them costed more than the product itself. Last year my sister went to US on a work trip and brought me this huge bag of goodies which had some Bath & Body Works products, one of which was the Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion.

Price: $5 for 88 ml

The Bath & Body Works Body Lotions come in a transparent plastic body with those kind of tops that open from one side when you press the other side…I like to call them the see-saw caps :p. The bottles are pretty sturdy, travel friendly  and I love the travel sizes more than the regular bottles as they do not occupy much space in my travel bag.

Each variant has a different color depending on which one you are using but the Japanese Cherry Blossom one is a pearly white lotion with a nice and soothing floral fragrance. Consistency wise, the lotion is neither very thick nor too runny which makes application super easy and effortless.  The lotion spreads like a dream and gets absorbed within seconds without leaving behind any sticky or greasy feeling.

I absolutely love the lotion and what it does for my skin. Its been pretty cold here in Delhi and I did not have to reapply the lotion once I have applied it post shower. My skin feels soft, there are no dry patches which is one of my biggest problems during winters and the best part is that the fragrance lingers for a while.

All in all, I am pretty happy that I finally tried out the brand and the lotion was definitely a great start. The lotion is one of the best I have used in a while and I am not sure that I will be going back to my usual body lotions any time soon.
