Biotique Bio-seaweed Revitalizing Anti-Fatigue Eye Gel: Review

Hello guys,
I have a simple mathematics equation for you all :
10 hours in front of the laptop + 5 hours of sleep= ?
as I said  simple equation with a simple answer….Big bad  dark circles πŸ™
Well to try and change the answer, I tried the Biotique Bio-seaweed Revitalizing Anti-Fatigue Eye Gel and here’s what I think about it.

Price: Rs 199 for 25 gms.

The  gel comes in standard Biotique green on the outside , white on the inside packaging. The fact that it comes in a tub makes it a little unhygienic to use but the packaging is quite sturdy so no issues in case you want to carry it around.

The product itself is a transparent gel which a very light consistency. Its neither too runny nor too thick and completely odourless. The gel spreads really easily and gets absorbed within 30 seconds of application.

I use it before going to bed and I have noticed that the puffiness has reduced considerably. My eyes don’t look tired and swollen in the morning but that is all it does. I bought it keeping in mind that it had seaweed extracts which is known to reduce pigmentation it has not reduced my dark circles in any way.
Lets have a quick look at the Yay-Nay list
Yays:

  • Pocket-friendly
  • It comes in a gel form which is perfect for oily skin and spreads easily
  • Reduces puffiness of eyes
  • Easily available
Nays:
  • Tub packaging- very unhygienic
  • Doesn’t work on dark circles or pigmentation

Final verdict….if you are facing issues like tired, puffy eyes then this is for you but if you are looking for something that will help with getting rid of panda eyes…well this is not it.
Which is your favourite eye cream?
