Faces Canada Glam on Cream Blush In Peach Glow: Review & Swatches

Hello guys
Just like
winters is all about the soft pink flush on your cheeks, summers is all about
taking out those bronzy and peachy blushes to give yourself the warm glow.
Taking the cue from the rising temperature, I decided to stock some beautiful
blushes keeping in mind the upcoming warm season and that’s how I came across
this beautiful blush Peach Glow from the Faces Canada Glam on Cream Blush
Price: Rs 399
for 3.5 gms.
The blush
comes in a greyish black metallic pan which has the faces logo on it in silver.
Inside you have the blush and a mirror. The mirror definitely makes application
a very easy task. There are no applicators provided with the product which
honestly I don’t mind as most of the applicators that the companies provide are
usually completely useless. Faces have done a bang on job with the packaging. It
looks cute and stylish and it is pretty sturdy so you can easily carry it

Peachy glow is
a warm glittery peaches orange blush. The shade does swatch to look like a more
toned down version of what it appears in the pan but none the less it is a beautiful
peachy shade that gives you a very natural glow.  The texture of the cream brush is pretty
smooth. You don’t have to struggle to apply and blend it. It does apply well
with a blush brush but blending with fingers work well too. This blush is quite
pigmented and you can build up the intensity according to your choice though I
would suggest you to work with it a little carefully especially if you are
applying it during the day as it is not a matte blush and has chunky glitter
particles in it and I don’t think anybody wants to look like a shiny disco ball
in the middle of the day.
The staying
power is pretty decent. It stayed on my oily combination skin for a good 4-5
hours after which it did fade away leaving behind the glitter particles.
Thankfully the particles tend to stay put and don’t spread to other parts of my
face. I just take a tissue to remove them before I reapply the blush.
Though I love almost
everything about the blush, I still feel that quantity is too less for the
price that I am paying. I was actually pretty surprised to see how the pan was
when I received it. Thankfully the product is really pigmented so I don’t need
to use too much of the product each time I apply it so I think it will last a while.
Overall, if
you are into peach and cream blushes, this is one of the beast pocket friendly
option available. But if you like your blushes to matte then I would suggest
you to skip this one as the glitter in this blush do tend to show.
Have you tried
peach glow?
Did you love
it? Or did you hate it?
