Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Cleansing Milk : Review

I am back!!!!!
Did you guys miss me?
I definitely had a lot of fun during this week. I loved the shopping, the food, the weather, the autos that run on meter, the early morning by the beach and finally the freedom to roam around without the comments and the creepy stares. I will be doing detailed post about my trip a little later but now that I am back, I am going to talk about this mild cleanser from Himalaya Herbals that I have been using for the past few weeks.  I even took it with me to Mumbai as I wanted to test how it would work on my skin that usually breaks out the moment there is a weather change and the same happened during this trip as well and today I am to tell you all about the Himalaya Herbals Refreshing Cleansing Milk.
Price: Rs 145 for 200 ml.
The packaging is nothing special. It comes in a plastic bottle with a flip-open cap. The cap is a little flimsy. I had to transfer it to another container because the cap kept opening in my bag.
The product is a white creamy liquid with a runny consistency. I love the consistency that the consistency is not thick because unlike the rest of the milk cleansers that I have tried, this doesn’t feel heavy which is definitely a huge plus since I have an oily skin. However because its soo light, you have to let it sit on your skin for a moment before you cleanse and remove makeup.
It worked really well on my irritated skin and did not aggravate the acne and zits in any way. I usually don’t use anything apart from Cetaphil when my skin acts up but as I always like to have options for a product, every time I use a new cleanser, I see how it reacts with my skin when my skin is not in a good shape. I have to admit that I was pretty surprised to see that the this cleanser is definitely one of the few cleanser that are as mild and efficient as Cetaphil.

The only thing that I hate about this cleanser apart from the flimsy packaging is that you have to be very careful when you use it around the eye area because man this cleanser will make you shed tears of the size of a  watermelon…Ok maybe I am exaggerating a bit but yes it definitely stings like crazy.
I think its definitely worth a shot…its a very inexpensive product and it worked pretty well on my skin. It did not irritate my skin in any way and even though you have to give a few seconds to work its magic, the results are quite good and gets rid of all the makeup pretty effectively.
Have you tried this cleanser from Himalaya Herbals?
