Maybelline Clearglow Shine Free BB Stick in Radiance

Hello people ๐Ÿ™‚
So yes I am finally reviewing the much talked about Maybelline Clearglow Shine Free BB stick. This little chubby stick has been all over the Indian blogosphere these past few weeks. Want to know if it is worth the hype…well read on
Price: Rs 250 for 10 gms.

What the company claims:

Clears – Reduces the appearance of dark spots, redness, fine lines and wrinkles
Refines – Reduces the appearance of pores
Conceals – Instantly hides flaws and imperfections
Evens – Corrects uneven skin tone
Smoothens – Makes skin feel smooth, soft and supple
Protects – SPF21/PA+++ protects harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Maybelline Clear Glow BB Stick comes in a twist up packaging with a clear cap that closes with a click. This tiny packaging is very sturdy and absolutely travel friendly. I ordered the shade radiance as I had the same shade when I bought the BB cream Maybelline had previously launched.
The texture of this BB stick is soft and smooth, almost like clay and there is no pulling or tugging of skin when you try to apply it.
The coverage is decent. Thanks to the the light weight formula of the BB stick, you can easily build up on the coverage without making your face look cakey. I have small acne marks as well has dark circles along with a little darkness near the lip area but after application  I did see a difference and reduction in their appearance.

The product has a semi matte finish on the skin. Because I have an oily combination skin I did apply face powder over it and it kept my face shine free for about 4 hours after which my T-zone became oily. I also noticed even though its almost 30 degrees in Delhi every day I never saw it melting off my skin. Also it has SPF 21 which definitely is added advantage.
The major issue with the cream is that it highlights any dry patches on your skin. So in case you have dry skin, you would require to moisturize your skin very well. Also the shade selection is very limited. Just two shades are available in India- Radiance and Fawn.
My final verdict is , that I am very impressed with this product and I love the way it makes my skin look absolutely radiant and I do see myself reaching out for this alot.
